Catering that keeps your meeting on track
At a meeting or training day, food should work quietly in the background of the programme. The coffee break has to be ready on time, lunch should not keep people waiting and the table layout should never get in the way of presentations. We design our business lunch and meeting catering with that simplicity in mind.
We serve offices, factory and site meeting rooms, hotels and training centres; where we already run your staff meals, the same team handles your meeting catering. Share the meeting time, number of attendees and break lengths, and we will build the service plan around your programme.
Options
- Coffee break: Freshly brewed tea and coffee, seasonal fruit, homemade biscuits, savoury and healthy snacks.
- Lunch boxes: Labelled, balanced lunch boxes prepared individually for each attendee.
- Buffet lunch: A practical, varied format for larger training sessions and seminars.
- Seated business lunch: A served, elegant menu for important guests and board meetings.
Why boxes are practical
Lunch boxes are the most practical choice when a meeting needs to continue without interruption. Each box is labelled with its contents and allergen information, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are prepared separately according to attendees' preferences. Boxes with a main, salad, side and dessert or fruit are packed to be eaten easily at the table.
Presentation and equipment
For coffee breaks and buffets we bring the service tables, warmers and serving ware. For seated business lunches our service staff serve the courses in sequence and keep a calm flow that suits the tone of the meeting.
For regular meetings
For recurring events such as weekly management meetings, monthly training or regular client visits we can set up a fixed plan. We refresh the menu periodically and make ordering as easy as a single message. We issue invoices to corporate clients and run the process in writing.
What to consider for meeting food
In a meeting that continues into the afternoon, a heavy lunch lowers attention. That is why our meeting menus focus on lighter proteins, plenty of vegetables, wholegrains and fresh salads. We serve desserts in small portions, balanced with fruit. For coffee breaks we prepare savoury, healthy options such as nuts, cheese and vegetable sticks, not just sweet snacks. If you can collect attendees' dietary preferences in advance, we label each box with a name to make distribution easier.
Getting a quote
Share the date, time, location and number of attendees for your meeting. Together we will choose the right option among coffee breaks, boxes or a seated business lunch. We deliver from our nearest kitchen in Istanbul and the other provinces we serve.
