What data we process
When you fill in a quote form on our website we process your name, phone number, email address, company name (corporate form) and the details you share about your event or meal service (date, guest count, venue, notes). The page you came from and, where present, the advertising campaign source are also recorded.
Why we process it
- To prepare a quote for your request and contact you,
- To enter into and perform a service contract,
- To meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your data is processed because it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties. It is stored on the servers of the provider hosting our website and email service.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years from the last contact; requests that become contracts are kept for the periods required by law.
Business email communications
We may send commercial information emails to companies' publicly listed business addresses (for example info@ addresses), as permitted for merchants under Turkish Law No. 6563. Named personal addresses are not collected for this purpose. Every email contains a free, one-click link to unsubscribe; addresses that use it are permanently removed from our mailing list.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Send requests to info@yirmibircatering.com; we reply within 30 days.
